Section4(1)(b) of RTI Act 2005 covers the statutory declaration of Govt. College Khertha Distt. Balod (C.G.) on institution website. It covers all the rules and regulations which are implemented by Govt. of Chhattisgarh.

Our College is a Government College. Our College is affiliated to Hemchand YadavUniversity, Durg, Chhattisgarh.
